OBT Program

An Outbound Training Program, often referred to as “Adventure-based Learning,” is an experiential and team-building training approach designed to develop various personal and interpersonal skills in participants. Unlike traditional classroom-based training, outbound training takes participants out of their usual work or educational environment and immerses them in a series of outdoor activities, challenges, and team-building exercises.

The primary goal of “experiential Learning” is to encourage participants to step beyond their limits, work together, overcome obstacles, and learn from both successes and failures. It can be a powerful tool for personal growth, team building, and leadership development, as it offers practical experiences that translate directly into real-world situations.
